Previously, Sharon held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Experience at PrimePay, and prior to that, served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support at AbacusNext. Additionally, Sharon was the Senior Director of Global Customer Experience at Ziff Davis, formerly known as J2 Global.
