Rita Patel Jackson

Rita Patel Jackson, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Marketing at OpenText since August 2022 and is a Founding Member and Ambassador for the Chicago Chapter of Product Marketing Alliance. With extensive experience in product marketing, Rita previously held leadership roles at MuleSoft, where as Vice President Rita Patel drove a strategic transformation focusing on industries, and at Showpad, where efforts were made to enhance sales enablement through analytics and AI. Additionally, Rita served as Vice President of Global Marketing at GE Healthcare, leading marketing for Artificial Intelligence and Analytics solutions, and held executive positions at IBM, where significant advancements in cognitive solutions and partner ecosystems were achieved. Early career experiences include roles at Computer Associates, PLATINUM Technologies, Business Partner Solutions, and Motorola. Rita holds an MBA in International Business from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
