Tomáš Křivánek

Tomáš Křivánek currently serves as IT Ops & SaaS Ops Manager at Productboard since September 2021, having previously held the position of SaaS Ops Specialist, where responsibilities included optimizing the SaaS stack, managing third-party vendors, and integrating various SaaS platforms. Prior to this, Tomáš gained valuable experience at Socialbakers from April 2016 to August 2021 as Junior SaaS Ops Specialist and Senior IT Ops Specialist, focusing on maintaining IT systems for 13 global offices and providing technical support to over 800 employees. Tomáš began a career at Solace a.s. from June 2014 to March 2016 as Area Manager for the Middle East, where management of the Jordan office involved overseeing IT infrastructure and delivering technical support and training. Educationally, Tomáš holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the College of Economics and Management in Prague, completed in 2014, and attended Soukromá střední škola výpočetní techniky from 2006 to 2010.
