Seth Sullivan-Dawes has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on customer success and sales. Seth is currently the Head of Servicing at Productfy, and previously held the position of Director, Customer Success at Envestnet | Yodlee, where they managed the company's Enterprise FinTech customers. Prior to that, Seth was the Vice President, Americas at Trayport, where they led the Sales, Business Development and Client Services teams. Seth also spent three years at Documation Software Ltd as a Solutions Consultant, responsible for the correct design and implementation of Documation's product suite. During their time there, they successfully project managed the implementation and support of an Invoice Management Solution to a key UK retailer - Documation's largest client at the time. Seth's experience and expertise in customer success and software sales make him a valuable asset to any organization.
