A skilled investment banker, Bob brings over two decades of experience providing strategic advisory and transaction services to companies in the Technology, Media, Advertising and Marketing sectors. Bob’s expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, capital raises and restructuring. Throughout his career, he has advised on numerous high-profile transactions in these sectors.

Bob’s banking proficiency has been aided by his early career in corporate development roles in some of the world’s largest media organizations where he was instrumental leading international initiatives in sectors including Radio & Television Broadcasting, Thematic Cable Channels, Satellite DTH, and Out-of-Home Advertising. Roles like his Vice President Strategic Planning and M&A at IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI), and Vice President Corporate Development at News Corporation Limited (NYSE: NWS) forged Bob as a genuine expert in his field and someone who values entrepreneurial leadership in technology transformation.

In addition to his financial acumen, Bob is also known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients and his dedication to achieving their goals. He takes a collaborative approach to deal-making and is committed to delivering innovative solutions that create value for stakeholders.

Prior to joining Progress Partners, Bob worked at several other prominent investment banks. This included Drake Star where, since 2017, he was a Partner leading their digital media business. Prior to that Bob was a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Media Telecom Group based in the firm’s New York office. Before Houlihan Lokey, Bob was a Managing Director at MESA, a merchant bank and advisory firm specializing in Digital Media and Interactive Marketing and prior to MESA, he was a Managing Director at Petsky Prunier, LLC, where he was active in the firm’s M&A advisory and private placement practice.
