Jinal Shah

Jinal Shah currently serves as the Director of Engines and Engine Systems at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since August 2023. With over 25 years of experience at Caterpillar Inc., Jinal has held various leadership positions including Director/Product Manager for Progress Rail Engines and Engine Systems, Regional Product Support Manager for the Americas, and Commercial Manager/President of Cat Used Equipment Services. Additional roles involved business development and new product introduction within engineering sectors, including expertise in Continuous Process Improvement and Six Sigma. Jinal holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
