Keri Cole

Keri Cole has been the Chief Financial Officer at Progress Rail Services Corporation since May of 2018. Prior to that, they were with Caterpillar Inc. for twelve years, where they were the Senior Business Resource Manager responsible for Accounting/Finance, IT, Business Transformation, and Compliance for the small machine division of Caterpillar.

Before their time at Caterpillar, Keri was the Corporate Audit Manager at Dana Corporation from 1997 to 2005. Keri began their career in 1992 as a Staff Accountant at Dunn, Creswell, Sparks, Smith, and Downing, CPAs where they completed tax returns, audits, and bookkeeping services.

Keri Cole has an Executive Education from Caterpillar’s Executive “Digging Deep” Program at Duke University, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from University of Tennessee at Martin, and a BSBA in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Keri Cole reports to Marty Haycraft, President & CEO. They are on a team with Paul Denton - SVP, Global Rolling Stock Sales, Technology & Marketing, Jim Shirvinski - SVP, Locomotive Engineering, and Patrick O'Donnell - SVP, Progress Rail Australia & Southeast Asia.
