Thad Barry

Thad Barry is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in residential remodeling, sales, and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Progress Residential® since March 2022, Thad previously held positions at Zillow as a Renovation Superintendent / Project Manager and at Ecolab as a Territory Manager, where effective sales strategies were developed and executed. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding Liberty Basements Plus and managing various construction projects. Thad has also managed multiple projects at Ketchum & Walton Company and guided development applications at Williamsburg Properties. A former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Thad holds a B.A. in International Studies & Political Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
