Yuanyuan -Erin- Lin

Yuanyuan -Erin- Lin is an experienced UX designer with a strong background in user experience engineering and design across various industries. At Progress since May 2019, Yuanyuan has held roles as Principal UX Designer and Senior UX Designer. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior User Experience Engineer at Ipswitch, Inc. and a UX Design + UI Engineering Intern at HealthNinja, Inc., where a family-centered consumer healthcare coordination application was developed. Yuanyuan has also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, managing web content and conducting user testing. With degrees in Human-Computer Interaction and Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Tongji University, Yuanyuan combines academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver user-centered design solutions.
