Sarah D'Amore

Sarah D'Amore is a Senior Counsel specializing in Securities & Corporate Governance at Progressive, with several years of experience as a key member of outside general counsel teams for publicly traded clients. Previously, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where they advised on SEC reporting and corporate governance matters. Sarah also held positions at Kohrman Jackson & Krantz LLP and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity. They earned a J.D. from Cleveland State University and a B.A. in Political Science from Miami University, alongside a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Dayton. Additionally, Sarah serves on the Executive Committee of FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland, a mentoring program for women lawyers.
