Alessandra Cruz

Alessandra Cruz has extensive experience in project management and legal services, currently serving as a project manager at Projuris By Softplan since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing a dedicated squad and conducting training for business areas. Prior to this role, Alessandra was a legal services consultant for Goodyear do Brasil, overseeing the Projuris system, managing labor litigation, and implementing third-party management processes. Previously, at Sodexo from November 1997 to August 2015, Alessandra held various positions, including human resources supervisor, where Alessandra effectively managed personnel administration and labor litigation, and analyst roles in labor law. Alessandra holds a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Anchieta, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
