Martijn Kuijken

Martijn Kuijken has extensive experience in real estate development, particularly in the industrial and logistics sectors. Currently serving as VP Head of Development Management Benelux at Prologis since June 2015, Martijn has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director Development and Director Project Management for the Benelux region. Prior to Prologis, Martijn worked at Bureau FRANKEN from January 2011 to May 2015 as a Project Coordinator, focusing on optimizing construction processes through innovative contracting strategies. Martijn began the career with an internship at Ballast Nedam in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences and further studies at Avans Plus.
