Jesper Lapela

Jesper Lapela is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and property development. Currently serving as Project Manager at Sustera Finland since March 2024, Jesper previously held the same title at A-Insinöörit from January 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included project management, cost accounting, and consulting tasks. Jesper also contributed to the construction industry as Chairman of the Board at Fastighets Ab Victoria 4 and as Construction Development Engineer at Prodeco Oy. Additional experience includes various roles in project management and engineering across multiple construction projects and involvement with student housing foundations. Jesper holds a Master’s degree in Building Materials and Physics, Construction Economics from Aalto University.
