Margaret Lockhart

Margaret Lockhart serves as Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment at ProMedica since March 2019. Previously, Margaret held the position of Of Counsel at Marshall Melhorn from March 2019 to December 2019 and was a Member at Marshall & Melhorn, LLC from May 2014 to March 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Shareholder Attorney and Associate Attorney at Cooper & Kowalski, LPA from September 1988 to May 2014, and as Judge Pro Tem at Perrysburg Municipal Court from September 1994 to April 2005. Margaret began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert E. DeMascio at the U.S. District Court from June 1986 to June 1988. Educational qualifications include a JD, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School (1986) and a BA in History and Psychology from William & Mary (1982), with additional studies at the University of East Anglia (1980-1981).
