Ron S.

Ron S. currently serves as the HIM Rev Cycle Manager for HB Coding at ProMedica, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, Ron held the role of System Director for HB/PB Coding at Sparrow Health System from January 2018 to September 2023, overseeing a daily revenue of over $30 million and managing a team of 65+ caregivers across various coding and claim edit functions. Ron's experience at Spectrum Health from January 2010 to November 2017 as Coding Manager included managing a daily revenue of $10+ million and approximately 60 coding professionals while developing a Specialty Coding Team. Ron holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, along with an Associate's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ferris State University.
