Armando Urias

Armando Urias is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership within various technology sectors. Currently serving as SVP Americas at Prometheus Group since October 2025, Armando previously worked at UiPath as Area Vice President for Strategic Industries, overseeing go-to-market strategies across multiple verticals in North America from April 2024 to October 2025. With a solid background at Coupa Software, Armando held roles as Area Vice President of Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities, and Area Vice President of Enterprise West from January 2020 to April 2024. Prior to Coupa, Armando spent nearly eight years at SAP, progressing from an Account Executive to Vice President of Sales for the South Region, where responsibilities included leading sales teams and fostering strategic customer relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as a Patent Engineer at Scheinberg & Griner, LLP, where Armando drafted and prosecuted patent applications. Armando earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012.
