Sarah Diamond

Sarah Diamond is the Vice Chair of the Advisory Board at Promontory. Sarah has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Sarah started their career at Barclays Bank in 1993, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become CEO of USA in 1998. Sarah then left Barclays to join HM Treasury, where they worked on developing UK economic policy.

In 2010, Sarah joined J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC as Chairman of European Operations. Sarah was responsible for growing the company's European business. Sarah left J.C. Flowers in 2012 to join the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

Sarah has been a member of the IFRS Foundation since 2015.

Sarah Diamond's educational career includes a Master of Science in Business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from University of Stirling, and a Master of Arts in Sarah'story from University of Oxford.
