Mariana Saucedo

Mariana Saucedo, MPA, is currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Innovation & Design at Propel America and is a member of Education Leaders of Color, dedicated to empowering young people of color. With extensive experience in project management and program development, Mariana has held roles including Project Director and Senior Consultant at Chantelle George Consulting, where responsibilities included leading internal projects and facilitating client meetings. Mariana previously worked as the Director of Postsecondary Partnerships at OneGoal, focusing on supporting students’ pathways to higher education, and has a solid background in student success coaching at National Louis University and Chicago Public Schools. An expert in college access and student support, Mariana holds a Master of Public Administration in Higher Education/Non-profit Leadership from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Grand Valley State University.
