Natasha Kardos is the current Vice President, Head of Brand Marketing at Prose. Natasha has previously worked as the Vice President, Head of U.S. Marketing, Digital, Communications & Merchandising GUERLAIN at LVMH from January 2014 to September 2021. There, they were responsible for leading the Marketing team across all aspects of Brand Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, Communications, Creative, Visual Merchandising and Store Design. Natasha was also responsible for driving all facets of Ebusiness (Ecommerce and Eretail) acceleration accounting for over 50% of brand sales. Moreover, they launched communications strategy for Guerlain US across editorial & influencer amplification – resulting in brand’s strongest campaign to date locally & globally with over 4 Billion impressions. Finally, they set 3 year-plan vision and roadmap alongside detailed P&L with leadership team to drive short-term brand profitability and long-term business objectives in the U.S.

Prior to their work at LVMH, Natasha Kardos was the Co-Founder | Head of Marketing at East Meets West from January 2012 to December 2014. There, they were responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and strategies to promote East Meets West’s mission, programs and events. Natasha also managed East Meets West’s website and social media platforms, designed marketing collateral and developed partnerships with other organizations.
