Jeremy Scemama

Jeremy Scemama is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE), currently serving as a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since September 2023. Prior to this role, Scemama was a Partner at Shearman & Sterling LLP from January 2022 to September 2023 and held multiple leadership positions at DLA Piper, including Location Head of Corporate and Partner, from October 2012 to February 2022. Scemama also contributed as a Partner at Frieh Bouhenic and Frieh & Associés between 2008 and 2012. Scemama holds a Master’s degree in International Law – International Commerce from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
