Nigel Sully

Nigel Sully is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Prospect Hospice and as a Board Trustee for Carer Support Wiltshire and an Independent Remuneration Committee Member for the General Optical Council. Prior positions include HR Director at the UK House of Lords and Associate Director of HR at the Natural Environment Research Council, where Nigel led HR strategy and employment relations, managed significant organizational changes, and directed a large HR team.
