Alex Burlak

Alex Burlak has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the areas of interconnect and silicon photonics product engineering. Alex started their career at ELTA, Israel Aerospace Industries, where they worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer from January 2006 to August 2009. At Mellanox Technologies, Alex held various positions including Sr. IC Product Engineer from August 2009 to October 2012, Sr. Manager, Interconnect Product Engineering from October 2012 to April 2015, and Director, Interconnect and SiP Product Engineering from April 2015 to September 2018. Alex'smost recent role at Mellanox Technologies was as the Sr. Director, Interconnect and Silicon Photonics Product Engineering from April 2017 to September 2018. Currently, they hold the position of VP Test & Analytics at proteanTecs, starting from October 2018.

From 2005 to 2009, Alex Burlak studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
