Ashley Snow

Ashley Snow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data partnerships and strategic initiatives. Currently serving in the Data Partnerships role at Protege since October 2025, Ashley previously held significant positions at Heidrick & Struggles, including Head of Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives and Head of Channel Business for Heidrick Digital. Ashley has also contributed to Amazon in Technology Business Development for AWS Apps and served as Director of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships at eightfold.ai. Earlier career milestones include various roles at Publicis Sapient, where Ashley was part of the Next Generation Leadership Team and progressed from Account Executive to Account Manager. Additionally, Ashley worked as a teacher and Head of Curriculum Development at Gangnam English Academy. Academically, Ashley holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Florida in English Language and Literature (with a minor in Linguistics) and History.
