Fabien Cousteau

Fabien Cousteau is a prominent oceanographer, environmental advocate, and filmmaker, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Oceanic Explorer at Proteus Ocean Group, which aims to create a sustainable habitat and observatory for scientific exploration. As the Founder and President of the Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Center, Cousteau works to educate the public on ocean conservation and the protection of marine ecosystems. Additionally, Cousteau leads BONNET ROUGE, a documentary production company that highlights themes of water conservation and adventure. With experience as Mission Director for the undersea expedition Mission 31 and as a host for National Geographic Television International, Cousteau continues the legacy of his grandfather, Jacques Cousteau, advocating for the preservation of marine life. Cousteau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and additional studies in International Business and Marketing from New York University.
