Mark A. Wendorf is a Vice President of Sales and Marketing with over 20 years of experience. Mark A. has held this role in four different companies, beginning with Lucent Technologies in 1998. Wendorf then moved to FirstService Residential in 2016 as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Mark A. spearheaded comprehensive sales and marketing functions to drive revenue growth and increased brand awareness for consulting, management and financial services and related software. Mark A. developed and executed sales and marketing strategies, creative campaigns, and consistently managed sales performance and budget against financial objectives to achieve annual revenue growth, sales quota and profitability goals. Mark A. launched consultative selling methodology and disruptive approaches to fuel turnaround from acquired 28% mid-year to 117% EOY attainment in a 6-month period through updated sales training and increased sales productivity.

Most recently, Wendorf has been the Vice President of National Sales & Marketing at prototype:IT since 2019. Mark A. heads all business development, sales and marketing activities to drive increased new and existing client sales, heightened brand positioning and maximum growth of revenues for IT services and technology solutions. Mark A. designs and implements effective sales and marketing strategies, and consistently analyzes sales and marketing performance against budget to ensure efficient ROI and achievement of all strategic initiatives, sales goals, KPIs and revenue growth objectives. Mark A. implemented new sales strategy and methodology, developed sales playbook, and provided continuous coaching and team development to uplift win rate by 23% (to 44%) and grow average deal size by 26%.

Mark A. Wendorf holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, which they completed in 1997. Mark A. then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from The University of Dallas in 2001.
