Located at the corner of Richvale Drive and Grovedale Drive, The Oaks is positioned to benefit from the ease of suburban life while still being proximally located to Whittier Boulevard and the associated core commercial corridor. The opportunity consists of 28 conventional, single-family detached lots and has been designed to include junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs) on nine of the homesites. Further, The Oaks will be delivered with the final engineering substantially complete, which will allow builders to generate significant home closings out of The Oaks in 2022.
