Seventh Street is a collection of 58 approved lots situated across two separate sites - Western 42 site (Western 42) consists of 42 lots located west of Sanderson Avenue and north of 7th Street, while the Eastern 16 site (Eastern 16) consists of 16 lots located east of Kirby Street and south of 7th Street. The two sites, located less than one mile apart, create an opportunity for a builder to provide new, attainably-priced housing on conventional lots while leveraging the differences in lot sizes and location to create further segmentation and diversity in appeal.
