Patrick Delcoigne

Patrick Delcoigne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network engineering and operations, currently serving as Director of Network Engineering & Operations at Proximus since March 2020. Patrick has a robust background in fixed and mobile networks, having previously held senior roles at Proximus, including Director of Network Innovations & Engineering and Director of Fixed Access Network, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, design, deployment, and maintenance of network systems. As a Board Member at ConnectImmo since June 2016, Patrick contributes strategic insights to the organization. Patrick’s educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain, along with advanced studies in integrated enterprise management and radar stochastic analysis.
