E. Scott Schirick

Scott Schirick co-chairs Pryor Cashman’s Securities Litigation + Regulatory Enforcement practice and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

He has extensive experience in complex federal and state litigation, securities enforcement and regulatory investigations and white-collar criminal defense matters. Scott regularly represents companies and individuals in investigations before the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, Congressional committees, FINRA and various state attorneys general.
