Caroline Samson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caroline is currently serving as the Director of Sustainability & Climate Innovation at PSP Investments since May 2021. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) from 2015 to 2021, initially as a Senior Advisor for Responsible Investment and later as a Senior Advisor for Emergent and ESG Risks. In these roles, they played a key part in the launch of a new team dedicated to optimizing the organization's assessment of investments' ESG risks. Earlier in their career, Caroline held the position of Senior Analyst - Equity at Montrusco Bolton, where they developed investment expertise in multiple sectors and worked closely with decision-makers of retirement funds. Caroline also had experience as a Customer Solutions Engineer at Bell and as a Systems Engineer at Nortel Networks.

Caroline Samson has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. In addition, they have obtained a Business Analysis Certification and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from Université Laval.
