Cathy Hartenstein

Cathy Hartenstein is a Learning & Development Leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing impactful training and leadership development programs across corporate, education, and nonprofit sectors. They currently serve as Project Director for School Based Therapy Services at PsychPlus, driving the national expansion and operational excellence of therapy programs. Cathy has held academic roles as an Assistant Professor at institutions such as the University of Arizona and the University of Colorado Boulder, where they developed innovative curricula and mentored students. They founded Create More Bliss, a coaching firm focused on business strategy and personal development, and have a strong commitment to enhancing employee engagement and organizational learning. Cathy holds an M.F.A. in Directing from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Colorado College.
