Brianna Pina

Brianna Pina currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at PTC, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Brianna was the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mattress Firm from March 2021 to July 2024 and the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from September 2017 to April 2021. Experience also includes roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Brianna advanced from Global Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to Diversity & Inclusion Analyst and Corporate Talent Coordinator between June 2012 and September 2017. Brianna began fostering academic support as a Peer Academic Mentor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management.
