Cassie Chandler is an experienced public health professional with a robust background in global nutrition and health program management. Currently serving as Assistant Director for Global Nutrition and Partnerships at the Public Health Institute since July 2022, Cassie oversees the design and management of sustainable nutrition programs across Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at the University of California, Davis, where Cassie managed a significant budget for community-based mental health initiatives, and several leadership positions at organizations such as Grameen Foundation and Freedom from Hunger, focusing on health financing, community health education, and program evaluations. Cassidy holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Political Science from the University of Washington.
