Sherrie Cisneros

Sherrie Cisneros is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the CA Bridge Navigator Program Director at the Public Health Institute, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Sherrie has worked at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center since September 2014 as a Substance Use Navigator and a Nursing Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Nursing at Citrus Valley Health Partners from 1994 to June 2014. Sherrie holds a Master's degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership from Western Governors University (2018-2019), a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Phoenix (2007-2009), and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Registered Nursing from Mount San Antonio Community College (1992-1994).
