Paul Toscarelli

Paul Toscarelli, P.E. possesses extensive experience in the electric utility sector, demonstrating a series of leadership roles at PSEG since August 1998. As the Director of Electric T&D Operations & Emergency Preparedness, Paul oversees day-to-day electric operations and collaborates with regional directors to evaluate initiatives and develop strategic vision. Previous roles include Engineering & Resource Manager, where Paul led a team of over 500 employees and ensured compliance with energy industry regulations, and Substation/Maintenance Manager, responsible for high voltage electric maintenance and facilities management. Paul also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and serves as a presenter for continuing education at the Institute for Design Professionals. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management and Engineering, respectively, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
