SVP, Secretary & General Counsel at Publishers Clearing House

Bill is the General Counsel and a Senior Vice President of Publishers Clearing House. Bill has advised Publishers Clearing House for over 35 years, first as a partner in a major national law firm with offices in New York City and later joining the company in 1993. As General Counsel, Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s legal affairs. In addition to his expertise in sweepstakes regulations, he is the chief legal adviser on funding for million and multi-million dollar prize payments. As Secretary, he is also responsible for official corporate records. Bill received his education at Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
