Kendall Cammermeyer

Kendall Cammermeyer serves as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel at Puget Sound Energy since December 2003, where oversight includes a range of legal matters such as corporate ethics, compliance, risk management, insurance, labor and employment, litigation, privacy, and data security. This role also involves advising on commercial contract negotiations and enforcement. Previously, Kendall held the position of Director, Senior Corporate Counsel, providing in-house legal advice on ethics, compliance, human resources, and regulatory matters. Prior legal experience includes roles as an attorney at Stoel Rives from 1999 to 2004 and at Nutter McClennen & Fish from 1996 to 1998. Kendall holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College.
