Bertin Kagabo

Bertin Kagabo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise development, financial inclusion, and business coaching. Currently serving as PUM Representative for Rwanda at PUM Netherlands Senior Experts since January 2023, Bertin also holds the position of Enterprise Development and Financial Inclusion Manager at Equity Bank Rwanda PLC, where employment began in July 2022. Additional roles include mentoring young entrepreneurs through the Global Give Back Circle and providing executive coaching at Better Me Business Coaching. Previous positions include Agriculture Finance Manager at Sustainablegrowers, Senior Business Coach at BPN Foundation, Business Advisor at the Business Development Fund, and various roles at Equity Bank Rwanda PLC from 2012 to 2014. Bertin holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Rwanda.
