Timi Kosztin

Timi Kosztin is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as Product Lead at Netflix since March 2017, Timi spearheads strategies for growth and monetization, successfully launching initiatives like password sharing and extra member plans. In addition, Timi leads product development at Puppr, a dog training app focused on providing engaging video lessons for dog owners. Previous roles include Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, where a product management curriculum was crafted for a Fortune 100 client, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University, specializing in computational biomechanics. Timi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business/Managerial Economics, as well as a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from Caltech and Stanford University.
