Tim Donald

Tim Donald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Pure Industrial since August 2020, Tim has previously held roles in development and construction at Dymon Capital and Oxford Properties Group, where significant projects included the Edmonton City Centre redevelopment and the MNP Tower. Tim's expertise encompasses customer relationship management, reporting, accounts receivable, and lease administration. Educational qualifications include an Honours BA in Urban Development from Western University and various certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, RPA, and FMA. Additionally, Tim demonstrated leadership as Honourary Chair for the Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer event with The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
