Wilson Grava

Wilson Grava is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing businesses across Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently serving as VP & GM of Enterprise Data, AI & Infrastructure at Pure Storage since November 2025, Grava previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Pure Storage from July 2014 to November 2025, as well as Vice President & General Manager at NetApp from May 2011 to June 2014. Grava's career began at Symantec, where significant roles included overseeing operations for Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly during the merger with VERITAS. Grava also served as Vice President at Network Associates/McAfee, enhancing the company's business standards and culture. Academically, Grava holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
