Shahida Noreen is a Director of Growth Operations with a strong focus on scaling business growth through data, technology, and cross-functional leadership. Currently serving as VP of Tech Growth and Marketing at PureLogics, and Head of Growth at Elite Techlogix, Shahida leads integrated growth initiatives and drives sustainable, data-backed growth across various channels. Previously, Shahida was a Marketing Director at I AM SECOND and held roles at THINK NATIVE LIMITED and Francesco Cudoni, where they focused on digital strategy and user experience. Shahida is furthering their education in Computer Sciences at Lincoln University College and pursuing an MBIT at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
