Craig Kleinman has been a practicing lawyer for over 10 years. Craig is currently the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Purple, where they manage the legal team and focuses on business transactions, commercial disputes, and litigation.

Previously, Craig was a Partner at Lewis & Kleinman, LC from April 2014 to January 2016. During their time there, they drafted contracts for manufacturers and customers, prepared shareholder agreements and stock purchase agreements, and advised corporate clients on implementing successful legal strategies. Craig also negotiated full refunds in real estate fraud and breach of contract cases, and helped facilitate a smooth transition in a corporate merger.
