Purpose

Sophie Hollows has a diverse work experience. 

From September 2022 to the present, they have been working as the Director of Impact, Measurement, and Learning at Purpose. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of the same department from October 2021 to September 2022. 

Before joining Purpose, Sophie worked at Carfax Projects as an International Consultant from September 2017 to March 2018. 

Sophie also has experience working at the British Council, where they held positions as a Research and Policy Analyst from September 2015 to September 2017 and as an International Education Analyst from September 2013 to September 2015. 

In addition to their fixed employment, Sophie worked as a Freelance Consultant from April 2018 to February 2020. 

Overall, Sophie's work experience spans various roles with a focus on impact, measurement, and learning in both the nonprofit and consultancy sectors.

Sophie Hollows pursued a BA Hons in Politics, Psychology and Sociology at Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge from 2009 to 2012. Sophie then obtained an MSc in Education; International and Comparative Education from St. Edmund Hall, University of Oxford between 2012 and 2013.
