About the Role:

The Sales Director will lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue operations and growth, and cultivate strong client and affiliate relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership, a proven track record in affiliate marketing or digital advertising sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new affiliate and brand partnerships.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and revenue operations organization to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, affiliates, and key stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
  • Monitor sales and operations metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Work cross-functionally with Partner Success and Product teams to align sales and operations efforts with company goals.
  • Stay plugged in to industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
