Katy Collett

Katy Collett (Seal), MBA, currently serves as the Head of Transformation & Projects at PVH Corp. since January 2019, where responsibilities include delivering the ANZ transformational roadmap and leading a multi-million dollar portfolio aligned with PVH’s strategic objectives. Katy has been recognized with the CEO’s Award in 2022 and is actively involved in various leadership roles, including co-chairing the Working Families Committee and serving as a mentor and ambassador for PVH University in ANZ. Previous experience includes significant positions at David Jones, where Katy drove merchandise financial outcomes and managed cross-functional relationships, and roles in planning and inventory management at Jac + Jack, StyleTread, and Monsoon Accessorize. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and an MBA Essentials certification from LSE.
