Lawrence Asamoah

Lawrence Asamoah has extensive experience in IT and project management roles. Lawrence started their career in 2007 as a Distribution line Screen Monitor at Sainsbury's Distribution Centre Waltham Point. Lawrence then worked as an IT Business Systems Programmer at AngloGold Ashanti from 2011 to 2014. Lawrence moved on to Elig IT in 2015, where they served as an IT Project Manager until 2016. In 2016, they joined AGA Malaria Control as an IT Consultant, a position they held until 2019. Lawrence also worked briefly as an IT Consultant at SBS Cocoa in 2018. Lawrence'smost recent role is as an Information Technology Lead at PW Mining International Ltd, which they have held since 2019.

Lawrence Asamoah holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information and Communication Technology (ITC) from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Waltham Forest College in London from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Mathematics. Lawrence also attended Prempeh College in Ghana from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Science (A2). In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Artificial intelligence for everyone" from deeplearning.ai in 2020.
