Natasha Berthelsen

Natasha Berthelsen has extensive experience in talent attraction and HR operations, currently serving as a Talent Attraction Advisor & Program Lead at PwC Danmark since September 2020, previously holding roles as a Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior to this, Natasha gained HR experience as an Assistant at Impact and managed HR functions at Ballet Teatrets Elevskole while also performing as a dancer for over two decades. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration & Economics from Copenhagen Business School, along with earlier studies in performing arts and sports. Natasha’s diverse background combines HR expertise with a strong foundation in discipline and resilience developed through years of professional ballet.
