Sankalpa Bhattacharjya

Sankalpa Bhattacharjya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations within the consulting industry. Currently serving as Partner and Leader of Deals Strategy & Operations at PwC India since April 2016, Sankalpa manages the practice's P&L, overseeing multiple business units focused on advising clients on growth, M&A, and delivering post-deal value, achieving a remarkable 5x revenue growth over six years and expanding the team significantly. Prior to PwC, Sankalpa held the position of Principal and Lead at Accenture Strategy, leading the India Private Equity Consulting Practice, and served as Director in KPMG India's Global Strategy Group, where responsibilities included advising on strategic due diligence and market entry strategies. Experience also includes roles at IBM and Citibank India. Sankalpa holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
