Teagan R. Barrett, CPA, is a Deals Director in the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services at PwC, where they specialize in accounting advisory for complex transactions, including business combinations and initial public offerings. Previously, Teagan served as an Assurance Manager focused on the power, utilities, and renewables sectors, providing assurance services to both publicly traded and privately held companies. Teagan's career at PwC began as an intern and progressed through various roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in assurance for industries such as retail, consumer, and industrial products. Currently, Teagan is furthering their education at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
